Image Issue Loop Hole
Nov 3 2012, 2:55 AM EDT | Post edited: Nov 3 2012, 2:55 AM EDT
I have come to find that rather than sitting and trying repeatedly to upload the images from your files, I have just been uploading them to Photobucket and using the direct URL and uploading the images via URL.

There seems to be no issues with the URL uploading of images of images onto Wetpaint.

So I suggest this be a temporary leverage until the issue is sorted?

Using a URL address from the internet to load images to the photo gallery works fine as you have discovered using Photobucket. This is a great workaround until Wetpaint addresses and fixes the problem.

Here is a list of some photo storage websites Copy and paste the URL into your address window of your browser.

Correct.

I have been using TinyPic.com it seems to be a lot quicker than just using Photobucket, where you need an account for it.

That link will help for sure.

I actually load the images to Photobucket and from there copy the direct link and open it on a new tab. From there I drag the image over to the page I want the image added to and it transfers it over without the need of even loading it or anything c: 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Yes, I have noticed that a few people have resorted to doing that also.
This was just something that I discovered and thought I should share to try and alleviate the stresses of everyone and the constant moaning at Wetpaint Central staff.
